This modified toggle design is open and airy and looks terrific with a variety of bead or pearl combinations. It was inspired by lace ruffles. It is most attractive worn, as a focal point, off to one side, in the front of the neck. The ruffle has two jump rings soldered to the main piece to allow for a double strand of beads. All of the ruffle/toggle designs work for bracelets as well as necklaces
